If you would like a chaperone present during your appointment, please let us know in advance. You are also welcome to attend with a friend or family member to act as a chaperone.
You can make a formal complaint by email, within 30 days of the matter you wish to complain about. We aim to send a full response within 20 working days of receiving your complaint.
The clinic is open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to early evening, but we are flexible and will try to accommodate your needs. Reception can be reached by phone on work days between 10:00 and 16:00.
